Call for Tender | External Quality & Monitoring Expert (AGROW-HUB)

Within the framework of AGROW-HUB – Advancing Education, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Capacities for Sustainable Agri-Waste Green Solutions in the Southern Mediterranean, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, the Consortium is launching a call for an External Quality & Monitoring Expert.

We are looking for an individual expert or an organization with proven experience in monitoring, evaluation, and quality assurance of EU-funded educational/capacity-building projects (preferably Erasmus+).

Main tasks

• Validate the project Quality Assurance & Monitoring Plan

• Monitor progress vs. KPIs, milestones, and deliverables

• Review key outputs and provide improvement recommendations

• Prepare periodic monitoring reports

• Conduct mid-term and final evaluation reports

• Participate in selected online coordination meetings (as needed)
