Work Packages

AGROW-HUB is implemented through six integrated Work Packages (WPs). Together, they cover: (i) project governance and quality, (ii) curriculum development and the online learning platform, (iii) entrepreneurship support and incubators, (iv) living labs and hands-on training, (v) communication and dissemination, and (vi) long-term sustainability and impact.

Work Package 1 runs throughout the entire project and ensures effective coordination, transparent decision-making, quality assurance, and compliance with Erasmus+ reporting requirements. It establishes the operational management structure and the mechanisms needed for smooth implementation and sustained results.

Objectives

  • Establish and operate the project governance and coordination structure
  • Coordinate budgeting, eligibility compliance, financial tracking, and reporting
  • Maintain consortium alignment on implementation and ensure sustainability planning
  • Monitor progress against the work plan and manage risks
  • Implement the Quality Assurance framework and continuous improvement

Work Package 2 develops the AGROW-HUB training curriculum and translates it into modular learning content, supported by a digital learning platform. It ensures that the offered training is structured, tested, improved, and formally positioned for certification/accreditation where applicable.

Duration: M7-M24 (May 2026 – Oct 2027)

Work Package 3 translates knowledge and skills into entrepreneurial outcomes by setting up and upgrading incubator capacity and delivering structured support to startups. It connects innovators with mentorship, facilities, and investment/industry networks relevant to sustainable agri-waste solutions.

Duration: M4-M30 (Feb 2026 – Apr 2028)

Work Package 4 delivers hands-on capacity-building through living labs, demonstrations, and structured training experiences. It ensures practical transfer of green extraction, processing, and valorisation know-how through real-life settings and partner collaboration.

Work Package 5 ensures AGROW-HUB visibility, stakeholder engagement, and uptake of results. It coordinates communication tools and channels, organizes outreach events, and documents dissemination performance and impact.

  • Develop and maintain dissemination and exploitation plan
  • Produce core communication assets

Work Package 6 secures long-term sustainability of AGROW-HUB outcomes beyond the funding period. It operationalizes resource mobilization, formal partnerships, and evidence-based impact reporting to support continuation, scaling, and policy relevance.
