Work Package 1 runs throughout the entire project and ensures effective coordination, transparent decision-making, quality assurance, and compliance with Erasmus+ reporting requirements. It establishes the operational management structure and the mechanisms needed for smooth implementation and sustained results.
Work Package 2 develops the AGROW-HUB training curriculum and translates it into modular learning content, supported by a digital learning platform. It ensures that the offered training is structured, tested, improved, and formally positioned for certification/accreditation where applicable.
Work Package 3 translates knowledge and skills into entrepreneurial outcomes by setting up and upgrading incubator capacity and delivering structured support to startups. It connects innovators with mentorship, facilities, and investment/industry networks relevant to sustainable agri-waste solutions.
Work Package 4 delivers hands-on capacity-building through living labs, demonstrations, and structured training experiences. It ensures practical transfer of green extraction, processing, and valorisation know-how through real-life settings and partner collaboration.
Work Package 5 ensures AGROW-HUB visibility, stakeholder engagement, and uptake of results. It coordinates communication tools and channels, organizes outreach events, and documents dissemination performance and impact.
Work Package 6 secures long-term sustainability of AGROW-HUB outcomes beyond the funding period. It operationalizes resource mobilization, formal partnerships, and evidence-based impact reporting to support continuation, scaling, and policy relevance.
